About Vince
Vince is a husband, father, sports fan and storyteller.
With a degree in journalism, Vince began his professional career as a sportswriter (Oakland Tribune, Antelope Valley Press). He's had op-eds published in Sacramento Bee, San Francisco Chronicle and Los Angeles Times.
Now, with two teens with their own lives and a wife who loves to curl up with a good book, Vince has rediscovered the joy of writing.
In Spring 2021, Vince released Friends in Low Places, which follows five male friends on their 20-year journey of growth and maturity through their annual trip to the lake. Set primarily in the mountains above Fresno, CA, the story looks at the bonds long-time friendships form that withstand the strains of human failures.
Vince will follow up Friends In Low Places with Lose Yourself, a novel with six separate but interconnected stories that take place over the course of a single baseball game. Lose Yourself will be released by OT Press in 2024.
